Do me a favor and check out this web site from a guy by the name of Coal Akida. This guy has a set of trainnig DVD's out that are pretty intense. He calls it Fear No Punch Technology. Go to the site and watch the videos...taped live...pretty interesting. Let me know what you think of this.
